What would you like to believe instead?

Instead of cursing the traffic, you could use the time to mentally rehearse your presentation, or even enjoy a podcast episode. It's all about perspective. Life can be sometimes very unpredictable to the point it might look as if it try to quit. It is a test of your determination, of your 'WHY' you want to do what you planned.
